REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Please ensure you choose the correct size and quantity for each item when checking out your shopping cart. Size guides are provided for each item.

You can amend or cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. Any amendments or cancellations after 48 hours will unfortunately not be allowed due to processing the personalisation of your items.

1. WHAT CAN AND CANNOT BE RETURNED?

Unfortunately personalised items (items that have been embroidered with the ESPFA badge) are non-returnable/refundable.

Non personalised items such as shorts, pants, socks and bags can be returned if within 14 days of receipt of delivery. 

2. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NOT GOT THE GRADES TO ENROL ON THE PROGRAMME, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

If you have purchased items between 5pm on Monday 10th June and 11.59pm on Wednesday 21st August 2024 you are entitled for a full refund if you email info@afbkits.co.uk by 9pm on Friday 23rd August 2024. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund if this communication is received after 9pm on Friday 23rd August 2024 and you will receive your order via courier to the shipping address supplied at checkout before Friday 13th September (within 10 working days)

3. I HAVE ORDERED A NON PERSONALISED ITEM IN THE WRONG SIZE!

We are able to offer size replacements for non personalised items. You will need to email info@afbkits.co.uk stating what items you wish to be replaced and what size you wish to re-order within 14 days of receipt of delivery. 

4. WHO'S RESPONSIBILITY IS THE RETURN?

Returns and/or replacements are not free and are your responsibility until they reach us, so be sure that they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including tags still attached to the garment.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or are damaged in transit.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

5. I AM NOT A STUDENT OF THE ESPFA

This online store is exclusively available only to ESPFA students whilst attending one of the education and football programmes. All orders are cross referenced with the ESPFA and if your details do not match up, we will issue a refund.

6. FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality checked before delivery. In the rare event of any faulty items, please email info@afbkits.co.uk within 14 days of you taking delivery of said item, stating the issue you have alongside photographic proof. We will investigate the enquiry with our suppliers and decide whether you are eligible for a refund or a replacement of that item. We are unable to assist outside of the time limit.
