Once an order has been processed and the item has been personalised with your initials and programme logo, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Please ensure you choose the correct size for each item. If you believe you have made an error, please email and see if we have processed the order. If we have not then we will be able to change/refund your order.

For new students who order between May 1st 2019 and August 22nd 2019, if the GCSE results deem you not suitable to enrol on the programme then we can offer a full refund only if you inform us before 7pm on August 23rd 2019.

All items are quality checked before delivery, in the event of any faulty items, please email within fourteen days of you taking delivery of said item, stating the problem you have and also include a photo where possible and we will advise the next steps once we have spoken to our suppliers and/or printers.
