DELIVERY POLICY
1. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Delivery of all items will be via courier to the shipping address you inputted at checkout or in person at the venue where the programme you attend is based. You will be informed in the days previous, which route it will take.
2. HOW MUCH ARE DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery charges will be calculated by our website based on weight and size and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. For student kit bundles bought during the pre-order dates between 5pm on Monday 10th June 2024 and 11.59pm on Wednesday 21st August 2024, delivery is included in the price. Student kit bundles bought after this date will incur delivery charges.
3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If sent via courier, tracking details will be provided once the order has been transferred to the courier. If dropped off at the venue, you will get an email with a stated date and time we will be visiting.
4. HOW DO I TAKE RECEIPT OF MY ORDER?
All deliveries (both via courier and venue drop off) must be received in person by the student who it is for (unless stated otherwise), and a signature must be provided. If you are not available at the stated delivery time for the courier, you may be able to rearrange delivery with the courier, please contact them direct.
5. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Pre-orders purchased before 11.59pm on Wednesday 21st August 2024 will arrive before Friday 13th September 2024. Orders after 12.00am on Thursday 22nd August 2024 we will aim to get your order processed and sent out via courier within 20 working days.
6. THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY DELIVERY
6.1. UNABLE TO DELIVER PRODUCTS
If our delivery courier service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery.
A list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
- you provided the wrong address for delivery;
- there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
- the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible or cannot be safely accessed
- if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
- if you have missed more three attempted deliveries, please contact the courier to see if you are able to rearrange. If you require further assistance, please contact our email info@afbkits.co.uk and we will do all we can to assist.
6.2. MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS
- All our parcels are internally quality checked and weighed before transferring to the courier. In the unlikely occurrence you have received an incorrect item or something is missing from your order please contact our email info@afbkits.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery and we will do our best to assist you. We are unable to assist outside of the time limit.
